HydroJug Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

You can return products to HydroJug within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns requested after this 30-calendar-day period will not be accepted or refunded due to system-enforced timing limits.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original tags
  • Show no signs of extended use such as scratches, stains, or other damage

Minor wear might be tolerated, but any item with clear signs of prolonged use will be ineligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Start your return by visiting the Returns Portal available on the Contact page of the HydroJug website. Submit your return request there, and our team will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Fees

HydroJug will pay for return shipping and provide a prepaid return label if:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product did not meet your expectations

If you return an item simply because you changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Inspection and Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, HydroJug will inspect it to verify it meets the return criteria outlined above.

If approved, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process after we receive the item. Additional processing times by your bank or card provider may apply.

Exchanges and Replacement Orders

HydroJug does not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or product, please return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired replacement.

Final Sale Items

  • Products received as free replacements or gifts are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Custom products with personalized engravings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their customized nature.
